Spencer Muratides is the Managing Partner of Muratides Capital, where he leads the firm’s acquisition, development, and investment strategy.
Throughout his career, Spencer has sourced, structured, and executed commercial real estate investments across the retail, healthcare, office, and mixed-use sectors. He is actively involved in every phase of the investment process, from sourcing and underwriting through entitlements, financing, leasing, construction, and disposition.
Prior to founding Muratides Capital, Spencer spent nearly a decade as a partner at Alliant Partners Development. During that time, he sourced and led several notable projects, including the acquisition and redevelopment of the approximately 90,000-square-foot Florida Orthopaedic Institute headquarters in Tampa; the rezoning and development of Ace Golf Riverview; the acquisition of the approximately 128,000-square-foot Kforce headquarters campus; and the acquisition of a 12-acre former regional department store property in South Tampa for redevelopment with national retailers. His broader experience includes projects with leading healthcare providers, national retailers, financial institutions, and publicly traded companies. Earlier in his career, he worked on the development of Publix-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast.
In addition to leading Muratides Capital, Spencer is the founder of EarthNotes.ai, a patent-pending technology platform that uses artificial intelligence to transform how commercial real estate professionals collaborate, organize market knowledge, and identify investment opportunities. The platform grew out of his firsthand experience sourcing and evaluating commercial real estate and reflects his passion for combining technology with practical execution.
Spencer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida Honors Program, earning both a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate as one of the first students to complete the university’s combined-degree program. He was recognized as the University of Florida Graduate Entrepreneur of the Year and later named a Tampa Bay Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree.
He serves on the University of Florida Bergstrom Real Estate Center Advisory Board and remains actively involved in efforts to advance the commercial real estate profession and mentor the next generation of industry leaders. Through The Honor Foundation, he has also hosted transitioning Special Operations veterans.
A Tampa native, Spencer enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, and building businesses that create lasting value in their communities.
